Fleet & multiple vehicles
More than one vehicle? Let's do the whole fleet.
Short-term hire for UK businesses running several vehicles — vans, cars, or a mix. Tell us the requirement once and we take it to a partner who can supply at that volume.
- ✓ Two vehicles or twenty
- ✓ No credit check to get a quote
- ✓ All credit welcome
- ✓ Flexible terms, not finance
Yes — a UK business can hire several vehicles at once on flexible short-term terms. You are not committing to a multi-year agreement per vehicle, and the hire is judged on what the business can afford now rather than on a long credit history. We are an introducer: we take your requirement to a rental partner who can actually supply it, and they confirm the vehicles, the price and the terms with you directly.
Why businesses hire the fleet instead of committing
The fleet follows the work
Win a contract and add vehicles; finish it and hand them back. You are not paying for years on vans standing still.
One requirement, one contact
Tell us the whole mix once instead of negotiating vehicle by vehicle, with terms that expire at random.
Judged on the business today
Affordability now — contracts, turnover, work in hand — matters more than a long credit file. All credit welcome.
Fleet hire by situation
Small & medium business fleet
Two vans or twenty — the general starting point for a business fleet.
Logistics & distribution
Scale vans up for a contract and hand them back when it ends.
Sales team car fleet
Cars for field reps, added as the team grows.
Mixed cars & vans
One requirement covering both, instead of five separate deals.
Seasonal & contract
Extra vehicles for a peak or a fixed contract, then handed back.
New business
Trading a few months? Fleet hire is judged on affordability now.
Fleets we're asked about most
Cleaners, trades, logistics, care providers and field sales teams are the businesses most often running several vehicles.
Tell us what the fleet needs to look like
Start here and choose My business — the application then asks how many vehicles you need and what sort, so a partner can price the whole thing properly. Free, no obligation, and enquiring never affects anyone's credit score.
Thanks — your enquiry is in.
We’ll pass your details to a suitable rental partner from our panel, and they’ll be in touch about what they can offer. As an introducer we don’t supply the vehicle ourselves, and there’s nothing more you need to send us right now — we’re not asking for any documents at this stage.
Nothing is agreed until you deal directly with the supplier and you’re happy to go ahead.

Fleet hire: common questions
How many vehicles counts as a fleet?
For most partners, two or more. There is no minimum you have to reach before it is worth asking — plenty of fleets start with a second van.
Can I hire cars and vans together?
Yes. We take the whole requirement to a partner as one job rather than you arranging each vehicle separately. Where it has to be separate agreements, we still handle it as a single requirement.
Do I need a long credit history?
It helps, but short-term fleet hire is judged on what the business can afford now — the work in hand, turnover, contracts — rather than a long credit agreement. All credit is welcome and getting a quote involves no credit check.
What if I only need the vehicles for a few months?
That is normal for contract and seasonal work. Short-term fleet hire runs from around a month upward, so you are not committing for years to cover a temporary peak.
Can I add vehicles later?
Usually yes — that flexibility is the main reason businesses hire rather than commit long-term. The partner confirms exactly how additions work before you agree anything.
What does a fleet cost?
It depends entirely on the vehicles, the term and the mileage, so we will not pretend a headline figure is meaningful. Tell us the mix and we come back with a realistic guide price, which the partner confirms.
